Lucy Liu (born Lucy Liu) is an American voice actor as well as a director producer and singer. An attractive and intelligent actress, she's an example to numerous Asian actors who wish to become famous in Hollywood. After several appearances in popular TV series, she became famous after being cast on the Ally McBeal legal comedy where she portrayed Ling Woo. The actress translated her sudden fame into major screen roles in movies like Shanghai Noon and Charlie's Angels. The film Kill Bill Volume 1, Quentin Tarantino, she gave a stunning performance as Japanese crime boss O-Ren Ishii. At the same time, she was playing the lead role in a few film that did not make the top of the charts, like Rise: Blood Hunter.
